We inspect all products personally prior to shipping and are confident in the quality of them; therefore if you are not satisfied with any of our products you may return them within 7 days of delivery, for either a refund or credit note.
Shipping
Shipping is by the method selected by the customer, depending on pricing and speed, we always contact customers, to find the most beneficial method of transportation. Goods are not dispatched until payment is received, unless by Cash on Delivery. Please note, as previously mentioned we inspect goods prior to shipping, thus all goods are in perfect condition on dispatch, if the package you receive is found to be damaged, please inspect the goods in front of the delivery agent and file complaints with them.
Returns
Before returning any products, CyberCanet, S.L. should be contacted to obtain a returns reference number. All goods should be returned by recorded delivery, as lost returns will not be credited. Faulty goods will be either replaced, if possible or refunded, by either credit note or bank transfer.
International Purchases
Please note: we cannot except international orders with Cash on Delivery Payment all international orders should be paid by Bank Transfer. |
